Ms. Sanchari Dhar received her B.Sc. degree from Gurucharan College, Silchar, in 2025. After qualifying for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) in 2025, she joined the M.Sc. programme in the Department of Physics, NIT Silchar, in the same year. In 2026, she joined the Solar Energy Materials Research and Testing (SMaRT) Laboratory to undertake her M.Sc. project work. Her research interests focus on mesoporous quantum dot-based photocatalysts for green hydrogen production, with an emphasis on developing advanced semiconductor materials for efficient solar-driven hydrogen generation.

Ms. Nazia Hasan received her B.Sc. degree from Nowgong College, Nagaon in 2025. After qualifying for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) in 2025, she joined the M.Sc. programme in the Department of Physics, NIT Silchar, in the same year. In 2026, she joined the Solar Energy Materials Research and Testing (SMaRT) Laboratory, to undertake her M.Sc. project work. Her research interests focus on photocatalytic aquaponics and photocatalytic reduction processes for sustainable environmental applications, with an emphasis on developing advanced photocatalytic systems for environmental remediation and resource sustainability.
